Merry Christmas!

We share our staff’s special Christmas traditions above and invite you to also come in to see the Christmas train in motion, the Christmas tree and the Santa Claus House!

Congratulations to Karen Neville, Cataloging and Tech Services Librarian, who has accepted a library director position at Red Rocks Community College!  Karen has been at CCU for 9 years and brought wonderful enhancements to the library; we’re very sorry to lose her but we’re excited for her opportunity.

Check out Psalm 33 held each Thursday afternoon at 2:30 pm and which offers a time of creativity, interactivity, collaboration and fun.  Each Psalm 33 is different and we build with Legos, play board games, play role-playing games, learn ukuleles, take history walks, color and “who knows?”

LNSH or Late Night Study Hall is coming soon on Mon, Dec 4 and Tues, Dec 5, when the library stays open to 2 am to encourage students to study hard, have some fun and finish well.  On the 4th is a special LNSH event – the Trivia contest!  Food and  ukulele classes will also be offered.
